Bathroom Looks As Though No Damage Ever Occured

This gorgeous bathroom was hiding extensive water damage that could not be detected until it was too late! There were subtle signs of damage such as buckling and mildew. Little did the homeowners know the damage that laid beneath. We used our tools to detect moisture that was no visible. Beneath this tile was mud and complete moisture. Mold was already growing on different areas. In a situation like this. All the affected materials have to be removed and replaced. The home owner was sad to see their mosaic of tile go but we at SERVPRO of Citrus Heights/Roseville strive to make our customers happy. We were able to find tile that matched the original as best as possible. Our customers were happy. Once we remediated the water damage our construction team was able to go in and rebuild the bathroom. Luckily, we make it "Like it never even happened."
