SERVPRO of Citrus Heights / Roseville and Carmichael only uses professional and updated equipment. Our team takes pride in the equipment we use, and, in the training, we receive by SERVPRO. Our equipment is the latest technology and is up to date. Our equipment is tested regularly to ensure it works seamlessly upon arrival. 

Our goal is to alleviate any stress you may have regarding the project at hand. The equipment we use is state of the art. A few examples of equipment used and when we used them is below: 

1. Advanced moisture meters detect water that can be behind walls or under flooring. This meter not only detects the moisture but also informs staff how saturated the area is.
2. In more difficult areas, infrared cameras are used to detect water in areas that may not be picked up by the moisture meters.
3. Top grade industrial dehumidifiers and high-speed air movers are used to remove moisture from walls, ceilings, and floors. However, different size disasters call for different types of equipment.  
4. Air scrubbers and deodorization agents may be used to remove odors from fire or water damages. This will help with odors and help with air quality control. The air scrubbers we use will remove chemicals, contaminants, and gasses from the air through a filtration process. The deodorization agents control the odors helping to eliminate them from the air.
